As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Graphic Designer role supports Cushman & Wakefield sales professionals and marketing partners in the execution of a variety of marketing deliverables including property assets, sales collaterals, brochures, social graphics, proposals and presentations, property flyers and more. About the Role:
- Review project briefs to understand objectives, requirements, schedules, and follow up for clarifications.
- Source, update, and manage marketing assets to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
- Work within templates and design files to emphasize key messages, adhere to brand standards, and finalize outputs.
- Maintain communication with coordinators and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct quality checks and apply best practices in file management and production design.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2+ years of production design experience with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and organizational ability.
- Experience in graphics, marketing, or production environments; commercial real estate background is a plus.
