Graphic Designer, Brand Creative
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Design development across platforms
Conceptualize and develop design concepts, layouts, and graphics for all internal and external selling platforms using a wide range of media, including:
- Digital banners and ads (newsletters, mobile and desktop campaigns, internal company visuals, etc.)
- Social media assets (static posts, videos, GIFs, etc.)
- Print materials (vouchers, posters, billboards, etc.)
- Brand videos
Brand consistency and quality control
- Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all visuals produced for ZALORA, external selling platforms, and brand partners.
- Ensure assets adhere to brand guidelines, campaign requirements, and platform specifications.
Delegate and support daily execution
- Assign and delegate design tasks across the team based on priority, capacity, and skill set.
- Support the team in day-to-day deliverables by providing clear briefs, references, and quick design direction to unblock progress.
- Review outputs and give timely feedback to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
Collaboration and creative input
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute ideas, and participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Translate campaign objectives into compelling design by aligning creative output with business goals, audience needs, and channel best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Art, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, or a related field
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Advanced skills with Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of video editing will be a plus
- Impeccable attention to detail and can work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Trend-focused and commercially aware with an impeccable eye for design
- Knowledgeable and keen interest in e-commerce fashion preferred
