We are seeking an innovative and energetic Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Services team. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for creating high-quality graphic design for all of our cabinetry lines, from concept to completion. You will collaborate with other members of our internal Creative Services team, brand managers, and the larger marketing team to translate business goals into unique creative opportunities.

Principal Functional Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, conceptualize, and execute great design that promotes the individual brands and meets sales and project objectives. Media includes but is not limited to print and digital brochures, pamphlets, sell sheets, point-of-purchase materials, advertisements, web pages, social content, videos, PowerPoint presentations, and other branding and communication materials.
  • Develop an understanding of and uphold brand guidelines for multiple brands.
  • Work with the brand and design teams to accomplish projects. A knack for successful collaboration is critical. The ability to generate ideas independently is essential.
  • Plan concepts by reviewing the creative brief, job instructions, and relevant written and verbal information and asking any questions necessary to complete the project.
  • Brainstorm and provide input to push projects further creatively when necessary.
  • Utilize resources to problem solve challenges on projects.
  • Work simultaneously on multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Produce drafts for review by stakeholders and present concept designs and ideas clearly and with conviction to internal clients. Make revisions based on the feedback.
  • Write and edit basic copy used in all communication channels.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback on materials and projects.
  • Prepare technically sound files for prepress/printer.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate production file structure by following defined procedures within the team’s server environment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • BFA / BA in Graphic design or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and producing marketing support materials.
  • Possess a strong design aesthetic.
