This role will be based in our Riyadh office, on an in-office basis of five days a week (Sunday – Thursday). This role reports to the Senior Creative Services Manager.
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for a broad range of creative services support primarily serving the Middle East and Asia offices. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills (including an ability to prioritize), and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, are essential. This candidate must be a self-starter who is flexible, collaborative, resourceful, and focused and must possess a strong client service orientation and an ability to develop relationships within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Works on a wide variety of regional specific design requests, which can include advertisements, print and digital collateral, social media, infographics, e-mail marketing, presentations and pitch decks in addition to supporting global requests
- Organizes a high number of active jobs, prioritizing workload to meet various deadlines
- Works in coordination and communication with U.S. and European -based Creative Services professionals, ensuring brand standards are being met across regions
- Collaborates with marketing and other business professionals throughout the firm across functions and teams
- Works on other projects as assigned

Education & Prior Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience working as a graphic designer in a corporate branded environment, preferably a law firm or other professional services establishment
Technology
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Proficiency and real-world/client experiences with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express, After Effects
- Basic knowledge of html – email marketing platform knowledge a plus
