The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative design team! In this role, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of visual materials for marketing campaigns, external client projects, and in-house initiatives. This includes social media content, event branding, digital templates, print collateral, and basic GIFs.
We’re looking for a visually-driven individual with a strong command of design software and design principles, passionate about creating impactful and engaging content. Responsibilities
- Design and produce visually compelling marketing materials for web, social media, email, presentations, events, and print.
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects to support branding needs across client and in-house teams (e.g. marketing, events, sales, etc.)
- Create and adapt social media templates, event creatives, and campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Deliver on basic GIF creation for social and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate requirements into creative concepts and effective visual designs.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all deliverables.
- Prepare design files for both digital and print production.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Maintain a well-organized library of templates and design assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and color theory.
- Experience in print media design and digital/web production catering to B2B audiences.
- Ability to design basic GIFs and simple animations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining commitment to quality.
- A portfolio showcasing design skills across both print and digital mediums (required).
- Web design and/or UI/UX design
- Graphics production within Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS WordPress
