About the role
We’re looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Mexico City. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning, high-impact advertising campaigns that reach audiences across multiple platforms.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping compelling visuals that blend innovation, performance, and aesthetic excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Client Services, and fellow Designers to develop ad creatives that not only look exceptional but also deliver measurable business results.

As part of a forward-thinking creative team, you’ll be responsible for delivering adaptable, on-brand, and data-informed creative solutions that spark audience engagement and empower our sellers to turn prospects into long-term partners. This is a role where you can flex your creativity, work cross-functionally, and see the tangible impact of your designs in market.

This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in our Mexico City office and the rest working remotely. In-office time is focused on collaboration, creative brainstorming, and team connection—while remote days give you the freedom to work from wherever you’re most productive.

What you will be doing

  • Design high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and legal advertising standards in Mexico.
  • Transform creative briefs into user-focused, culturally relevant concepts and assets that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, and other internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns that achieve defined KPIs and comply with client specifications.
  • Present, explain, and defend creative ideas to both internal teams and external clients, incorporating feedback in a professional and constructive way.
  • Stay current with advertising and design trends, with a particular focus on digital, mobile, and interactive formats—ensuring all creative work remains innovative and compliant with applicable regulations (e.g., consumer protection and data privacy laws in Mexico).
  • Contribute to continuous creative innovation through research, prototyping, and testing new design approaches, tools, and technologies.

What you will bring to Ogury

  • 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably within adtech, media, or digital marketing environments.
  • Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing campaign-level work—such as banners, interactive ads, branded visuals, and other creative formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with HTML5 banners or templated dynamic ad formats is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing in creative design to inform data-driven improvements.
  • Exceptional eye for detail and visual hierarchy, with the ability to design across static, rich media, and dynamic formats that meet campaign objectives.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients from different backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive and organized mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
