About the Role
Graphic Designer role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and creative execution, driving visual excellence across all digital and physical consumer touchpoints. The position is responsible for translating marketing objectives into cohesive, high-performing creative assets that strengthen brand positioning and support commercial growth. Operating in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, the role requires both strategic creative thinking and disciplined execution, ensuring design outputs consistently reflect brand integrity, market relevance, and business impact.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact visual assets across web, social media, lifecycle marketing (email), digital advertising, and product packaging, ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Architect clean, conversion-driven creative layouts for integrated brand campaigns and product launches, balancing aesthetic excellence with commercial objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Brand teams to conceptualize and translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Govern adherence to brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and design standards to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand equity reinforcement.
- Operate effectively within agile feedback cycles, iterating creative outputs rapidly while maintaining quality, precision, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee preparation and optimization of final design files for both print production and digital deployment, ensuring technical accuracy and platform compatibility.
- Maintain active awareness of emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative standards.
- Manage multiple concurrent creative briefs in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising output quality.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced creative capability.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design tools is advantageous.
- A well-developed portfolio evidencing strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and high-standard execution across diverse formats.
- Deep understanding of typography systems, layout architecture, color theory, color grading, and brand identity development.
- Experience in performance-driven creative development for platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
- Prior experience within e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, or high-growth startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and commercial awareness.
- A highly self-directed creative professional with refined visual judgment and exceptional attention to detail, capable of elevating brand standards through disciplined execution.
- Operates effectively both autonomously and within cross-functional teams, contributing to collaborative ideation while maintaining individual accountability.
