What you’ll do:
Create high-quality visual assets across our product and marketing channels: from app store screenshots and banner campaigns to social content and product illustrations.
Work closely with senior designers across different domains (Growth, Product, Partnership), supporting projects from concept to final output.
Execute visuals based on predefined concepts, contributing to layout polish, typographic clarity, and cohesive visual structure.
Learn how to apply brand thinking across different platforms - and gradually take ownership over specific domains.
Participate in peer reviews, design critiques, and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-trust environment where feedback is direct and craft matters.
What you’ll need:
Strong visual design fundamentals - good eye for composition, type, spacing, colour and layout
Proficiency in Figma and ability to work with existing design systems
Good sense of visual hierarchy and consistency across assets
Curiosity to explore new formats and tooling - from mobile layouts to motion and campaign visuals
Openness to feedback and interest in developing domain-specific expertise (e.g. app visuals, ads, motion, social)
2–4 years of experience in a design role (agency, in-house, or freelance), preferably in tech, fintech or performance-driven teams
