At Nexo, design is a main pillar. Together with Oblik Studio, our founding design partner, we work as one team across brand, product, and marketing. Joining Nexo design team means joining Oblik Studio too - a united creative force shaping how design moves the company forward.
Your role:
- Execute design projects end-to-end: from concept through delivery.
- Develop and refine Nexo’s visual identity across campaigns, social media, and events.
- Collaborate daily with content, brand, product, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.
- Partner with top agencies on international campaigns.
- Use AI-powered tools to elevate both speed and quality.
- Help refine our systems in Figma.
- Share ideas, feedback, and help raise creative standards across the team.
What makes you stand out:
- 5+ years in digital or brand design with a strong portfolio.
- Expert in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong visual sense: typography, motion, and storytelling.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator.
- Thrives under creative pressure - delivers with focus and craft.
- Curiosity for AI and eagerness to use it to work smarter.
- Motion (After Effects) or 3D design (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
- Understanding of fintech, crypto, or tech audiences.
- Experience collaborating on large-scale campaigns.
