Equinox is currently seeking a Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. This role reports directly to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities Including but not limited to the following:

• Assists the creative team in designing marketing materials in support of business objectives.
• Approaches design conceptually, with the ability to put together a thoughtful rationale and compelling moodboard to sell an idea through.
• Implements and upholds the brand’s visual identity consistently across all marketing communications based on existing templates and brand guidelines.
• Supports the team with shoot production & Social Media content as needed.
• Takes ownership of work and manages their time according to allotted deadlines.
• Has effective communication skills, and a collaborative 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to translate a marketing brief and execute day-to-day requests.
• Takes initiative to work with Project Managers and cross-functional partners to ensure that all objectives and deadlines are met.
• Has an interest in fashion, art & culture and stays up-to-date on design and social media trends

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design
• 2-4 years experience working as a graphic designer at luxury / design-forward brands
• Luxury sensibility for typography and layout
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• In-depth knowledge of Figma
• Working knowledge of print and web design
• Motion Capabilities are a huge plus

Pay Transparency: Min $85K - Max $95K
