Who You Are
You are an innovative Graphic Designer reporting to the Creative Director, with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to produce high-quality, brand-aligned visuals at scale. In this role, you blend strong foundational design principles with cutting-edge generative technologies to create distinctive, engaging content across digital platforms. You excel at transforming creative concepts into polished, impactful assets through efficient, AI-assisted workflows.
As a collaborative team player, you thrive in a small, nimble environment where wearing multiple hats is part of the culture. You contribute beyond your core design responsibilities— partnering cross-functionally, sharing ideas openly, iterating quickly, and stepping in wherever needed to move projects forward. You’re equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing at a high level of detail, adapting seamlessly as priorities evolve.
Role’s Responsibilities
- Generate and refine high-quality visuals using AI tools (Weavy, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Figma, Firefly, and/or VO3), based on project briefs and creative direction.
- Develop prompt strategies that align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and creative themes.
- Create assets for web, social media, advertising, and other channels.
- Edit, enhance, and composite AI-generated imagery using tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other post-processing software.
- Curate mood boards, style frames, and creative concepts leveraging AI-generated elements.
- Maintain consistency in design, brand tone, and visual storytelling across all outputs.
- Stay up to date on the latest generative AI trends, models, and workflows; suggest improvements to design pipelines.
- Perform other related role’s responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work created with Weavy, Midjourney and Stable Diffusion.
- Understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and branding.
- Knowledge of graphic designs for digital and social media channels.
- Ability to iterate quickly and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital art, or visual storytelling.
- Experience with Weavy, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Figma, Firefly, and VO3 or similar AI graphic tools, is required.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI post-processing techniques.
- Animation or motion design experience is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Runway ML).
- Working knowledge of copyright, ethics, and licensing related to AI-generated content.
Benefits
OnMed provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including unlimited PTO and paid holidays.
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience.
