Leads company-wide capital procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, contracts, and commercial execution for expansions, renovations, equipment, construction, facilities, IT, and technology projects. Partners with cross-functional teams to optimize costs, mitigate risk, manage bids and contracts, govern change orders, and ensure capital investments meet budget, specifications, timelines, and procurement policies.

Manages social media strategy and content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Creates briefs, publishes content, engages communities, analyzes performance metrics, monitors trends, and collaborates with creative and marketing teams. Captures live event content and supports project financial and administrative processes while maintaining Equinox’s premium luxury brand identity.

Build and evolve scalable AWS data platforms, enterprise data warehouses, pipelines, models, and integrations. Develop Redshift schemas, implement data quality and observability controls, optimize data jobs, and support lineage and documentation. Partner with data science, analytics, and business teams to deliver reliable datasets. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, automation, and mentoring while promoting modern, reusable data engineering practices.

Leads Equinox’s organic social and influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Oversees editorial planning, creator partnerships, affiliate commerce, agency relationships, creative output, team development, social technology, automation, AI, listening, reporting, and performance measurement. The role is responsible for strengthening brand identity, driving cultural relevance, growing membership and commerce, and building scalable systems for high-performing social operations.

Creates, films, and edits elevated short-form video for Equinox’s organic and paid social channels. Develops concepts, captures content across NYC clubs and locations, directs talent, edits platform-specific assets, and produces performance marketing ads with strong hooks, calls to action, audio, and sound design. Collaborates with Social, Creative, and Marketing teams while tracking cultural and platform trends and maintaining luxury brand standards.

Leads enterprise talent development strategy and processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, talent assessments, succession planning, engagement surveys, coaching, and leadership development. Oversees LMS operations, dashboards, metrics, change management, team planning, and direct reports. Partners with executives and People & Culture leaders to drive adoption, strengthen succession pipelines, support manager development, and improve talent program effectiveness across multi-location club and corporate populations.

Leads Equinox’s CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across owned channels, personalization, triggered campaigns, retention, and member engagement. Defines priorities, roadmaps, targets, and communication plans; oversees campaign planning, testing, analytics, and optimization across email, SMS, and app messaging. Partners with marketing, data, analytics, and technology teams to improve segmentation and measurement, while building and coaching a high-performing CRM team and advising senior leadership.

Own monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and studio-level P&L reviews. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams on strategic projects, business cases, and investment decisions. Prepare Board presentations and translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations.

Own the company-wide BI strategy, infrastructure, governance, dashboards, LookML models, forecasting, and analytics request process. Partner with executives, business owners, Data Engineering, Product, and Engineering to improve data reliability, translate business questions into recommendations, and surface trends and opportunities. The role requires SQL, BI tooling, and data warehouse expertise, with Python, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis preferred.
