The Senior Director of Internal Communications & Experience is responsible for leading employee communication strategies, engaging a diverse workforce, managing crisis communications, and fostering a strong internal culture across the Equinox organization.

Lead the end-to-end web experimentation program for Equinox.com: prioritize and run tests, define success metrics, partner with UX/Engineering and Analytics, monitor experiments, communicate results, and deploy winning changes to improve conversion and user experience.

Lead compensation analysis and program administration for corporate and field employees. Support annual compensation cycles, market benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structure design, and incentive administration. Produce reports, models, and presentations from large datasets, partner with HR, Finance, and Talent teams, and drive process improvements and governance to ensure equitable, scalable compensation practices.

Manage month-end close for retail and corporate P&Ls, record expenses and accruals, perform reconciliations and variance analysis, review staff work, prepare audit support and internal reporting, and partner with AP, FP&A, Retail, and Tax to improve processes.

Lead FP&A activities including monthly reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, studio P&L review, KPI dashboards, and strategic business cases. Partner cross-functionally and prepare executive and Board-level presentations to drive financial insights and recommendations.

Contract content creator who concepts, films, and edits short-form, social-first video for Equinox. Capture on-location footage across NYC clubs and offices, produce multiple polished edits for organic and paid social, craft audio and voiceover direction, and partner with Social, Creative, and Marketing teams to maintain luxury brand standards and performance-driven storytelling.

Serve as an HR generalist and employee relations partner for field and HQ teams. Provide guidance on policies, lead investigations, support onboarding/offboarding, drive engagement and culture initiatives, coach managers on performance and conflict resolution, maintain HR records and compliance, and escalate high-risk issues to leadership.

Record and reconcile general ledger transactions including retail, club, corporate expenses and accruals; prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations; perform variance and budget vs actual analysis; support month-end close, external audit schedules, and ad hoc financial projects while partnering with AP, FP&A, Retail, and Tax.

Responsible for FF&E design and procurement for new clubs and renovations: manage budgets, vendor quotes, logistics, installations, and deliverables. Produce presentations, CAD drawings, and maintain material libraries while collaborating with architecture, operations, facilities, and external vendors.

Manage and execute local marketing campaigns across Equinox clubs, act as primary club contact for marketing requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee local marketing budget, and track/report campaign performance to stakeholders.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CPO and CLO: manage complex calendars and travel, draft correspondence and presentations, prepare board and executive materials, handle confidential documents, support and drive People & Culture projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, create reports and expense filings, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency.

Lead enterprise-level, cross-functional strategic initiatives from strategy through execution. Manage project plans, governance, timelines, metrics, and stakeholder alignment. Facilitate workshops, remove execution barriers, partner with Analytics for measurement, and drive ROI and member retention improvements.

The Director of Employee Relations leads the strategy for employee relations, oversees complex investigations, and enhances employee engagement and culture at Equinox. They collaborate with leadership to manage workplace matters, improve recognition programs, and utilize data to mitigate risks and trends.

The Data Engineer will design and maintain data pipelines, collaborate with teams on data needs, and ensure data integrity and quality while leveraging AWS services.

Design and maintain Looker/LookML data models and dashboards, perform end-to-end SQL analysis, ensure data quality with Data Engineering, build predictive models, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead the PR function at Equinox, overseeing strategy, media relations, executive communications, and brand reputation while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

The Senior Director, Growth Marketing will lead performance marketing strategy across channels, manage budgets, drive growth initiatives, and collaborate with analytics and creative teams to ensure effective execution and accountability.
