Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for creating visually stunning graphics, and a keen understanding of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization: Develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Design Execution: Create a wide range of design materials, including: Branding elements, Digital graphics (web banners, social media graphics, email templates), Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards), Infographics and data Sheets
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and brand standards.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting to evolving design methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
