Graphic Designer

Role Overview:  

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated graphic designer to join our global communications team at our Kraków, Poland office.

You will support both internal and external communications initiatives and be the steward of Huntsman’s brand standards. This position conceptualizes and develops creative visuals for digital applications (company intranet, website, social media channels, digital signage, etc.), presentations, marketing materials, events and more.

You will work to consistently uphold established brand standards, maintain accuracy and ensure that all artwork and image files are properly maintained for common ease of access.

This is a full-time position, supporting all functions across the corporation.

The role will report to the Director of Global Communications based in The Woodlands, Texas.

Role Responsibilities: 

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for: 

  • Collaborating with communication and HR team members, photographers, videographers, third-party vendors, event teams, and internal clients on graphic needs of communication initiatives.
  • Designing web, digital, and print assets for integrated campaigns and single use needs.
  • Developing artwork and identity packages for company and divisional programs and events.
  •  Creating initial concepts, managing the art development from revisions to final production.
  • Serving as primary liaison with vendors for communication graphic projects to ensure quality, adherence to graphic and branding standards and on-time delivery.
  • Maintaining media library of images, artwork and videos.

Experience and Competencies: 

What we are looking for: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field.
  • A strong online portfolio of artwork and graphics, with 4+ years of professional web/graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Canva and Illustrator required.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail and deadline-oriented person with the ability to handle multiple priorities while providing a high level of service to internal and external clients.
  • Excellent capability in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Experience in video editing a plus.
