We are seeking a UI/UX designer to join our team in Krakow, Poland to work on the design and execution of our SaaS products. We are backed by a global Silicon Valley global technology consulting company with combined 80+ years of experience. Our clients include Facebook, Microsoft, Slack, Sephora, Cisco and more.
We are looking for a talented professional with a proven track record of designing intuitive and effective digital experiences. Designing a perfect self-served SaaS product experience must be your DNA. Being a part of a small product management team, you will be collaborating closely with the product owners and developers on a daily bases, sprint by sprint, while making sure all design requirements are well documented and well-informed on-the-spot decisions are also made as challenges come up.
One major part of the job is to understand the mindset of our product customers and users in order to design an effortless and easy-to-use product experience. We are looking for someone who's innovative, isn't satisfied with the status quo, and with the desire to bring new ideas to the world of the old-legacy TA/HR tech industry.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to drive the overall web and mobile product design strategy.
- Ability to get into the heads of our product customers and users, and design the best user experience accordingly
- Delivering all aspects of interaction design:
- User flow
- Wireframe and initial concepts
- prototypes
- Final high fidelity prototype and specs for the development team
- Evangelize true user-centered methodologies, eliminate the unnecessary, and facilitate effective decision-making.
- Orchestrate design across multiple products, design and develop ideas and concepts at light speed while collaborating with the product and development team
- Create and maintain a design style guide and other supporting documents
Required qualifications and skills
- 3+ years as a UI/UX designer building and delivering web and mobile app design/development
- A startup and entrepreneurial mindset: You are passionate to deliver business impact through effective design, you aren’t afraid of ambiguity.
- Result/solution-driven mindset: getting things done quickly is better than taking too much time trying to make the perfect decision.
- Must submit an application with a portfolio of recent work
- English fluency, as you will be working with product owners in the US on a day-to-day basis
- Experience using design tools including Adobe CS, Sketch, InVision to create UX deliverables
- Ability to rapidly prototype new design ideas while using the latest online design sharing tools
- Passion to learn and curiosity for solving hard problems.
