eJam is in search of a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate one of our e-commerce brand's digital presence. If you have a flair for creating compelling visuals and a knack for social media trends, we want you on our team!

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual, eager to excel in a fast-paced and growth-centric setting. We're looking for someone who understands graphic design best practices, is deadline-oriented, and detail-focused, and has thrived in a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Creatives: Design and produce visually captivating graphics for our social media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand's voice and aesthetics.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends to ensure our brand remains relevant and ahead of the curve.
- Brainstorm and Generate New, Innovative Design Concepts: Proactively develop fresh and creative design ideas to continually elevate the brand’s visual presence and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment in all campaigns and initiatives.
- GIFs/MP4 Creation: Craft engaging GIFs and MP4s for promotional campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives.
- Email Designs: Conceptualize and design email campaigns that not only look great but also drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Website Assets: Create banners, product images, landing pages, and other visual assets to enhance user experience and brand consistency on our website.
- Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all platforms.
- Graphic design experience, preferably for an e-commerce company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop or Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
- Portfolio showcasing your best designs, especially in social media ads.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table.
Salary:
- €1200 - €2500 EUR/per month before taxes
