About the Job

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you will be responsible for the creation and organization of creative assets, ranging from digital advertisements to email content to internal presentations. You will work directly with creative and marketing stakeholders to translate business goals and brand messaging into high-performing deliverables.

The ideal candidate can translate briefs into bold, irreverent, and exciting content, as well come up with their own content concepts. You are an expert at the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator and have a firm grasp of graphic design fundamentals, such as hierarchy, composition, and white space. You complete work at a rapid pace while maintaining organization, and have an eagle eye for details like kerning and margins.. You love design, experimenting, and are constantly learning how to be a better designer.

Responsibilities

  • Create designs from concept to production-ready assets in accordance with the creative brief, artistic direction, deadlines, technical specifications, and brand guidelines. These include, but are not limited to:
    • Specialty projects (packaging inserts, direct mail, etc.)
    • Email content
    • Digital ads, static and video
    • Paid and organic social posts
  • Support a wide range of graphic design needs across the company including presentations, packaging, and cross-functional team projects.
  • Contribute to the expansion and maintenance of our brand library, including creating original illustrations and custom types.
  • Write and edit copy and taglines, maintaining TeePublic’s brand voice.
  • Oversees relationships with third-party creative production vendors and freelancers, ensuring that deliverables meet expectations and deadlines are met.
  • Manages workflow independently, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining accountability for quality and accuracy.
  • Works independently while also engaging and collaborating with the Integrated Marketing Team.
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist to analyze the performance of campaigns (e.g., A/B testing of digital ads) and use insights to inform future designs.
  • Actively participates in campaign building and brainstorming sessions, offering creative input and ideas for evergreen and specialty campaigns.

Requirements

  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects or Premiere)
    • Working knowledge of Figma, CapCut, and Canva is a huge plus.
  • A strong interest in growing your career in the field of graphic design.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a graphic design role within a digital space, ideally on a marketing team with paid ad experience.
  • Organized and process-oriented, enjoys creating processes and structures.
  • Detail-oriented, multitasker, and possesses excellent follow-through skills.
  • Independent worker with strong initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Approachable and adaptable, positioning yourself as the team’s “go-to” designer.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
