Husqvarna is seeking a Graphic Designer who is responsible for executing design strategies to communicate the Husqvarna Construction brand and products to the market. Further, this role assists with developing marketing and brand message localization strategies for our market channels and geographical regions. This role is critical for the successful development and maintenance of Husqvarna's image to the public through design & localized promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

Design Strategies

  • Creates marketing materials (banners, promotional flyers, point of sale, brochures, etc)
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting catalogs, brochures and flyers for print production
  • Works directly with sales/vendors/customers on marketing materials
  • Assists Global Marketing team with any product labeling and packaging requests
  • Responsible for the branding strategy, design and production of special event signage and print/digital collateral.
  • Updates marketing materials to most current brand standards annually

Communication & Strategy Management

  • Collaborates with Channel Marketing team to assist with development of localized marketing and promotional plans throughout the year.
  • Work with global and local marketing communication team on development of new product launch creative assets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends

Administrative

  • Responsible for submitting weekly work status summary
  • Maintains organized library of creative materials developed throughout the year

Critical Functional Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong knowledge of print production
  • Strong experience with photography/photo editing as well as videography
  • Strong detail-oriented skills and organization
  • Strong experience working at a faster than normal pace, while producing good results
  • Able to work with and through teams to get results
  • Experience with marketing strategy and brand message localization
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Products
  • Basic product/market knowledge

Education & Experience

  • Graphic Design degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of professional design experience preferred

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid position with 2 days in office and 3 remote
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and annual deadlines
  • Normal office environment with heavy computer use
