Job Description

Miratech is on the lookout for a highly creative and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our Recruiting Team on a freelance basis. Perfect for those who thrive on creativity and enjoy exploring various design styles, this role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with a hiring manager who brings extensive design experience and will be able to provide specific instructions, clear and detailed feedback, and examples to inspire your creative process.

Your main tasks will be to visually articulate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and create engaging recruiting marketing designs across social media, websites, presentations, and more. If innovative and sometimes unexpected ideas are what you excel at, and you value an organized, structured approach to design, we're eager to welcome your contributions to making our brand even more appealing to potential talent.

Responsibilities:

• Generate creative and innovative design concepts in various styles for EVP visualizations, including but not limited to social media images, website content, presentation designs, and EVP playbook.
• Design creative social media banners tailored to the target audience, focusing on LinkedIn, including images, simple videos, animations, and carousels.
• Assist in the design and layout of presentations, ensuring they are engaging and effectively communicate our brand and values.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to transform creative ideas into visually engaging content.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in marketing materials.
• Experience in the IT and/or IT outsourcing industry preferred.
• Exceptional creative vision and the ability to propose multiple design solutions in various styles.
• Proficiency with design tools, but with a requirement that final designs are accessible and editable in Canva or PowerPoint by non-design team members.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney) for efficient image creation, with honesty and transparency in reporting work hours.
• Ability to work independently, generating ideas and conducting necessary research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the patience to iterate designs based on feedback from multiple decision-makers.
