Job Description Summary

As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Graphic Designer role supports Cushman & Wakefield sales professionals and marketing partners in the execution of a variety of marketing deliverables including property assets, sales collaterals, brochures, social graphics, proposals and presentations, property flyers and more. The role provides timely, consistent, and high-quality production design outputs, working within the framework of existing designs and branded templates

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Review project briefs to understand objectives, requirements, and schedules.
  • Source, update, and manage marketing assets to ensure accuracy, quality, and readiness for deliverables.
  • Develop layouts within templates or build new designs to emphasize key messages, maintain brand standards, and finalize polished outputs.
  • Maintain clear communication with coordinators and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Conduct quality checks, apply best practices in file management, and contribute to continuous improvement in production design.

 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2+ years of production design experience with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and organizational ability.
  • Experience in graphics, marketing, or production environments; commercial real estate background is a plus.
