The Creative Design Executive will support the overall department objectives of the C&W Creative & Design Services team. He/She will be responsible for producing for C&W Business Development services initiatives in their respective region.Job Description
About the Role:
- Create high-quality visual designs, presentations, and marketing materials using approved company templates, software, and hardware under the guidance of the Team Leader or designated colleagues.
- Ensure all design outputs comply with brand guidelines and maintain consistency by referencing established templates and best practices across global regions.
- Produce graphics and creative assets for both print and digital channels, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
- Effectively manage assigned tasks and priorities to support team workflow, meet deadlines, and contribute to overall pipeline delivery.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field, with 1-2 years of professional design experience; experience in templating design is an advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, illustration, and brand application, with the ability to create both print-ready and digital assets.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently or within a team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused professional with strong interpersonal skills; knowledge of Ceros, commercial real estate, or multi-channel content production is an advantage.
