We are seeking a talented Graphic Production Artist with 3-5 years of experience, who excels at taking established designs, concepts, and direction and transforming them into production-ready assets for print and digital applications. The ideal candidate will have real-world experience with current design and production software, most importantly the Adobe Creative Suite. Within the Adobe Creative Suite, the candidate needs to be prolific in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat – in that order of importance. They will collaborate closely with multiple teams across the company, ensuring designs are faithfully executed, technically accurate and fully compliant with brand standards, style guides and production specifications. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of branding, marketing requirements, prepress/print production, digital optimization and quality assurance to deliver flawless final products.

 Objectives of this role

  • Execute and finalize a wide range of projects and media types, using industry-standard software to refine, adapt and prepare innovative graphic designs for production.
  • Receive input, layouts, concepts and direction from the art director or creative director to ensure final assets meet organizational standards and appropriately represent the company or business line.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively with marketing, creative, and production teams to meet tight deadlines, stay within budget and manage project implementation schedules.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and brainstorm with multiple teams or business lines on a wide range of materials including brochures, flyers, web pages, logos, presentations, signage, internal communications, marketing materials and more.
  • Translate provided strategic direction into accurate, high-quality designs within an established brand identity.
  • Refine and execute designs by adjusting color, text, font usage, imagery, layout and other elements as needed to ensure technical accuracy, visual consistency and optimal output across print and digital formats.

 

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong technical proficiency and attention to detail in executing and finalizing projects
  • One to three years of professional experience in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
