Overview

As a Contract Graphic Designer at Wall Street Prep, you will play a key role in producing a wide variety of design assets that support our marketing and sales efforts. You will collaborate closely with our B2B, B2C, Lifecycle, and product teams to create visually engaging and on-brand designs that enhance the Wall Street Prep experience. The position requires expertise in both digital and print design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

This is a temporary role with the possibility of extension based on the return of the current graphic designer and business needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Production:

Create visually appealing, on-brand design assets across a variety of mediums, including:

  • Digital assets for B2B, B2C, and Lifecycle Marketing campaigns (e.g., email templates, social media graphics, digital ads, etc.).
  • Print materials such as brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
  • PowerPoint presentations for both instructional and sales purposes.
  • Working directly with our B2C team to provide marketing assets needed to promote and run our 4 online certificate programs with a world-renowned business school

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all design work is aligned with Wall Street Prep’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets and adherence to deadlines.

Asset Management:

  • Maintain an organized library of all design assets, ensuring proper version control and efficient file sharing across teams. A process for this will be determined upon hire.

Adaptability & Flexibility:

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B, B2C, or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, XD)
  • Experience with designing in email marketing platforms (Keap, Hubspot)
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides and other presentation tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
