We’re looking for a Visual Designer- Associate to join our creative team. This role supports the design team in producing visually compelling and effective design and video solutions that align with our marketing strategies, business objectives, and brand guidelines. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced designers, contribute to a range of projects, and begin to take ownership of your own work

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Storytelling:
• Design and develop high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, events, and presentations
• Assist in modifying and refining existing creative assets to enhance visual quality and performance.
• Utilize design skills to support storytelling and enhance brand narratives.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Understand brand guidelines and ensure all designs are brand compliant
Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and execute designs for digital, print, and video media., including WEB.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and brand standards are met.
• Contribute positively to the team's culture, creativity, and collaborative energy.
Qualifications
Experience:
• 3- 4 years of design experience, including internships or freelance work.
• Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
• Experience editing short-form and long-form video content.
• Knowledge of project management tool (preferably Wrike)
• Experience utilizing AI in design, a plus.
Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). Experience in After Effects is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• A good eye for typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to work independently and accept creative direction.
Education:
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts , or a related field.
Must provide a portfolio or website showcasing relevant design work. (There may be a possibility of assignment/case study that will be required to be completed by the candidate.)
