About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Graphic Designer for Art and Brand with strong expertise in key art ideation, Key Art composition and finishing to support Sony Pictures Entertainment’s Marketing initiatives across Latin America.
This role requires a designer with exceptional visual taste, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to create polished, high-end materials that elevate the perception of premium entertainment brands. The ideal candidate combines strong design craft with marketing sensibility and thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
The designer will support campaigns, partner presentations, 360 campaigns including print, digital and OOH assets across Sony Pictures Entertainment’s portfolio, including Sony One, TV Distribution, Networks, Ad Sales, and TVP.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling and strategically effective Key Arts and marketing materials
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaign ideation
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Marketing teams, Ad Sales, and Production teams to translate strategic objectives into impactful visual storytelling
- Create and adapt branding systems, layouts, typography, and visual identities for marketing initiatives
- Support campaign development through moodboards, pitch visuals, presentation mockups, and creative concepts
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines while elevating the premium positioning of Sony brands and content
- Prepare final production-ready files for print, large-scale installations, presentations, and event collateral
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high creative standards
- Stay current with entertainment, design, experiential, and presentation trends, as well as emerging AI-assisted creative workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer creating Key Arts, Title Treatments and marketing assets for entertainment, streaming, media, or premium lifestyle environments
- Proven experience designing for premium entertainment, streaming, or media brands, with a portfolio that demonstrates elevated creative taste, strong visual storytelling, and high-quality execution across presentations, campaigns, experiential, and marketing materials
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design, marketing campaigns, experiential work, branding systems, and Key Art explorations
- Demonstrated ability to create visually elevated executive presentations and sales materials with strong storytelling structure
- Experience conceptualizing and designing Key Art directions and campaign visuals
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of presentation platforms such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides
- Understanding of print production
- Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work across multiple brands and visual identities while maintaining premium quality standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage fast-paced workflows and multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a refined eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English required
- Openness to leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows
