We are looking for a Visual Effects Producer to drive and deliver senior executive-level communications, internal programs, employee engagement, and special projects, and to function as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor.  

Visual Effects Producer (Remote – PST Preferred)

In This Role

As an Executive Producer, you will be at the forefront of creative innovation, leading the production and delivery of AI-driven advertising and brand assets. You'll collaborate with a forward-thinking creative innovation team focused on experimenting with and scaling AI-enabled production capabilities. This role blends deep creative production expertise with a strong grasp of emerging AI tools and visual effects, allowing you to shape the future of how brands tell their stories across film, video, and digital channels. Your ability to balance structure with experimentation will be key to delivering compelling, high-quality content at the pace of modern innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of advertising campaigns and brand assets that integrate human creativity with AI-powered tools.
• Translate creative vision into new formats using a variety of generative AI platforms and VFX technologies.
• Partner closely with internal creative directors, producers, and brand stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and timely delivery.
• Orchestrate multiple workstreams across AI experimentation, production, and post-production.
• Drive innovation in content creation by piloting new AI tools and approaches, refining processes, and documenting learnings and best practices.
• Ensure high standards of brand integrity, creative quality, and storytelling across all produced content.
• Manage asset development from concept to final delivery for use across global advertising and social media platforms.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative production, post-production, or campaign management with a strong focus on VFX and digital media.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the VFX pipeline, including compositing, 3D modeling, animation, and simulation.
• Minimum 5 years of proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Maya, Houdini, Nuke, After Effects.
• 2–4 years of experience writing, testing, and refining AI prompts that align with brand voice and campaign strategy.
• Proven track record of leading projects in creative agencies or brand marketing environments.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand identity, and creative development processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Firefly, or similar.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and AI-assisted video and image creation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with collaborative platforms such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Gen Studio.
• Experience building or supporting new creative workflows, especially those integrating AI or emerging technologies.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple creative workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in articulating creative concepts and technical processes.

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $90,000 - $95,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
