Responsible for creating high-quality digital graphics and artwork that align with brand guidelines and client requirements. This role involves designing for various media including print, digital presentations, websites, and event collateral, while maintaining brand consistency, conducting quality control, and staying updated with the latest design trends.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Design 2D graphics and artwork across print, digital, and event-related collateral — including emailers, website layouts, posters, brochures, direct mailers, newsletters, backdrops, side wings, standees, and ID cards/lanyards for campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Develop brand identity elements — logos, visiting cards, letterheads, character designs, and mascots.
  • Visualize, brainstorm, and ideate to translate briefs into effective, on-brand designs, staying current with the latest design trends.
  • Prepare digital presentations, mockups, and stills for client pitches and internal reviews.
  • Conduct quality control on print and design files (large-format Flex/Vinyl checks, color accuracy, logo consistency) to ensure brand-guideline-compliant, error-free output.
  • Collaborate with the Client Servicing team to align designs with consumer experience, marketing strategy, and operational capabilities.
  • Maintain organized, stringent archiving of all creatives for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or events atmosphere.
  • Graduate with a relevant degree from a Design Institute.
  • Diploma in Graphics (1 year) or Certifications in UI & Video Editing (Plus)
