The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating visually compelling designs across print and digital platforms that support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and brand initiatives. This role combines artistic creativity with technical proficiency to produce high-quality visuals that align with brand standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. This position will report directly to the Creative Design Manager.

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casino's culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards.
  • Design a wide range of marketing materials including posters, flyers, digital ads, email graphics, social media content, billboards, menus, and signage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative assets that support promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality production and timely delivery.
  • Assist in developing graphics and layouts for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and organize design files for internal and external use.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining visual integrity.
  • Revise and update materials based on feedback from internal stakeholders or clients.
  • Stay informed about design trends, techniques, and software updates to continuously improve output.
  • Support other creative or marketing initiatives as assigned.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
  • Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.
  • Ability to make effective and efficient decisions when planning, scheduling and implementing campaigns.
  • Comfortable using campaign tracking and scheduling software, among other creative computer-aided design tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional graphic design experience; casino, hospitality, or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience with pre-press and production standards for print materials.
  • Compelling portfolio with projects showcasing creative work across various mediums.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission, which includes passing a background investigation.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
  • All work is performed on site in Madera, CA.
  • Requires manual dexterity to perform job related functions.
  • Ability to sit, stand or walk for the duration of their shift.
Work Conditions:

Team Members will be in constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests. Work includes the maintenance and care of the assigned work area. Work is typically performed in an office environment. However, work may be in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in a confined area. Work may be scheduled at various hours, including working overtime, and during evening, weekends, and holidays. Work may entail trained chemical usage.

Pay Range

$75,000/Annually
