Performs general maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for building systems in a 24/7 casino. Troubleshoots HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety equipment; responds to service calls; documents work orders in a CMMS; coordinates with vendors and contractors; and follows safety procedures including lockout/tagout, confined-space, and PPE requirements.

Supervise the casino Compliance department and staff while maintaining adherence to tribal, federal, and state gaming regulations. Oversee AML/CFT monitoring, risk assessments, due diligence, investigations, data integrity, regulatory filings, training, audits, and corrective actions. Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and law enforcement; analyze data, prepare reports, and support responsible gaming and records-management programs.

Provides administrative support for the HR function, including HRIS data entry, employee records, I-9 verification and file maintenance. Handles team member inquiries, correspondence, scheduling, clerical tasks, mail, meeting notes and document processing. Requires professionalism, confidentiality, organization, communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. The role is onsite in Madera, California, with potential evening, weekend and holiday work.

Manage daily revenue audit operations and oversee accounts payable and general ledger. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, MICS, and internal controls; prepare reconciliations, journal entries, audit reports, and coordinate with auditors and Tribal Gaming Commission. Supervise revenue auditors, schedule inventory counts and testing, and support payroll approval and special projects for finance leadership.
