Oversee daily revenue audit processes for gaming and non-gaming revenue, supervise auditors, ensure compliance with MICS/Title 31 and internal controls, prepare reconciliations and management reports, coordinate with accounting and operations, and support internal and external audits.

Build and maintain labor analytics, forecast labor, audit schedules, perform time-and-motion studies, partner with department heads, improve data quality and metric governance, support monthly financial reviews, and complete ad-hoc analytics projects.

Design, deploy, configure, and manage enterprise data and voice networking infrastructure and security solutions. Troubleshoot performance and availability, manage virtual/physical servers, backups, Microsoft domain services, and support production environments while adhering to company policies and on-call duties.

Assist the Sports Grill GM in overseeing all shift operations: manage front and back of house, recruit/train and schedule staff, ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, control costs and inventory, assist with menu development, complete reports, and enforce company standards.

Ensure casino compliance with federal, state, and tribal gaming laws (including NIGC MICS and Title 31). Monitor operations, conduct audits, prepare exception reports, maintain record retention, supervise compliance team, provide training, liaise with the Tribal Gaming Commission, prepare weekly audit reports, and implement corrective actions. Perform general building maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), complete CMMS preventive maintenance and inspections, respond to service calls, troubleshoot facility systems, document work orders, collaborate with contractors, and follow safety procedures in a 24/7 casino environment.

Perform entry-level preventive maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety systems. Support multi-person jobs, respond to repair calls, document work in CMMS, maintain tools, follow safety protocols, and assist with event setup and emergency responses under supervision.

Support the Promotions & Entertainment Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute promotions, special events, drawings, tournaments, VIP events, and nightly entertainment. Manage communications, vendor relationships, inventory, payments, talent booking, and operational reporting while delivering excellent guest service and ensuring compliance with company and tribal gaming requirements.

Manage and lead advertising team to plan, develop, and deliver visual and creative assets across print, digital, and multimedia. Oversee creative workflows, resource planning, campaign execution, asset libraries, PR materials, and payroll approval. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and leadership to meet objectives and ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

Manage daily revenue audit operations and oversee accounts payable and general ledger. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, MICS, and internal controls; prepare reconciliations, journal entries, audit reports, and coordinate with auditors and Tribal Gaming Commission. Supervise revenue auditors, schedule inventory counts and testing, and support payroll approval and special projects for finance leadership.

Lead accounting and financial reporting functions including general ledger, fixed assets, payroll, accounts payable, and revenue audit. Ensure monthly close, produce financial statements and management reports, support budgeting/forecasting, maintain internal controls and gaming compliance, supervise accounting and audit teams, and partner with finance leadership for analysis and decision support.

Supervise daily Cage operations, enforce SOPs and regulatory requirements, balance funds, manage cashier staff and scheduling, operate casino accounting and player tracking systems, handle player rewards enrollment and comps, and provide exceptional guest service.

Supervise EVS attendants and utility specialists across shifts in a 24-hour casino, managing scheduling, onboarding, training, inspections, quality control, inventory, reporting, incident response, and coordination with other departments while ensuring safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

Supervise count and drop team to protect assets, ensure compliance with gaming internal controls (MICS), verify and sort currency, prepare daily paperwork for accounting, order supplies, and participate in counts as needed. Reports to VP of Finance.

Process bi-weekly payroll for casino team members, manage timekeeping and employee payroll records, reconcile reports, handle deductions/taxes/garnishments, respond to payroll inquiries, process tips, assist with new hires/terminations, and ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly gaming and non-gaming revenue audits (electronic gaming devices, table games, revenue centers). Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards (Title 31, MICS), reconcile errors, update reports, collaborate with accounting and operations, safeguard revenue documents, and complete assigned reports on time.

Lead planning, execution, and oversight of promotions, special events, and nightly entertainment. Manage budgets, vendor and talent relationships, personnel, and payroll approvals. Analyze player data and trends to drive VIP and player acquisition/retention programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional guest service.

Manage and optimize casino CRM and player-tracking databases, analyze customer behavior, design data-driven marketing campaigns, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, generate performance reports, train staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve loyalty and engagement.

Create print and digital marketing designs (posters, ads, social, email, signage), prepare print-ready files, maintain asset libraries, adapt assets across formats, collaborate with marketing, meet brand guidelines and deadlines, and support creative initiatives.

Provide administrative HR support including HRIS data entry, I-9 completion and verification, file maintenance, receptionist duties, scheduling interviews, correspondence, clerical tasks, and other HR projects under HR Manager direction.
