Supervise the casino Compliance department and staff while maintaining adherence to tribal, federal, and state gaming regulations. Oversee AML/CFT monitoring, risk assessments, due diligence, investigations, data integrity, regulatory filings, training, audits, and corrective actions. Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and law enforcement; analyze data, prepare reports, and support responsible gaming and records-management programs.

Coordinates casino promotions, special events, drawings, giveaways, tournaments, VIP experiences, and nightly entertainment. Responsibilities include developing themes, communicating events property-wide, managing vendors, sourcing gifts, maintaining marketing inventory, processing payments, coordinating entertainment schedules, and supporting exceptional guest service. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced casino environment, working varied shifts, and obtaining a Tribal Gaming Commission license.

Leads property-wide learning and development, including needs assessments, instructional design, facilitation, leadership development, onboarding, Tribal Citizen career development, succession readiness, LMS administration, training communications, evaluation, and trainer coaching. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts to align programs with operational, cultural, service, and compliance priorities. Oversees training resources, room scheduling, payroll approval, and assigned team members while reporting outcomes and recommending improvements.

Provide visible outdoor security patrols of parking and casino property, respond to incidents, de-escalate disturbances, conduct preliminary investigations, document incidents, assist public safety agencies, enforce laws/policies, provide first aid/CPR, and support guest service and safety initiatives.

Manage daily revenue audit operations and oversee accounts payable and general ledger. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, MICS, and internal controls; prepare reconciliations, journal entries, audit reports, and coordinate with auditors and Tribal Gaming Commission. Supervise revenue auditors, schedule inventory counts and testing, and support payroll approval and special projects for finance leadership.
