We are looking for a Production Graphic Artist to join our Graphics team. The primary responsibility of this position is to adjust and convert customer submitted artwork in a press compatible format while ensuring that all changes are made as requested and files are prepared to meet production standards.

The right candidate will be someone who wants to work and advance in a positive and energized company culture that is poised for rapid growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review order specifications and manipulate customer artwork prior to releasing files to print and ensure adherence to the standards of both the company and customers.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy on all orders so orders flow efficiently and effectively.

Position Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in graphic arts preferred.
  • Production art and printing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.
  • A strong working knowledge of graphic design programs, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop.
  • Basic math, spelling and grammar skills.
  • A strong work ethic, good time management skills, ability to multi-task, strong troubleshooting skills, and detail oriented.
  • Able to adapt quickly to change and willingness to train and help other areas of the graphics and production departments as necessary, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
