Lead and develop a customer service team to deliver excellent B2B customer experiences. Manage hiring, training, scheduling, KPIs, escalations, policy implementation, cross-department collaboration, and department administration to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead the Connecticut plant to achieve safety, quality, and production targets. Oversee day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, reduce costs and lead times, support new product introductions, manage KPIs, develop staff, and collaborate with corporate quality, sales, and account teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Lead and hands-on manage enterprise infrastructure across multi-site manufacturing and corporate environments. Architect, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers, storage, endpoint security, and core services. Drive operational excellence, incident response, disaster recovery, lifecycle management, vendor management, and cross-team collaboration while mentoring the infrastructure team and participating in on-call rotations.

Operate a digital knife cutter to create straight-edge cuts: set up machine, enter measurements, align and process stock, band jobs, sign off job jackets, move stock as needed, and maintain a clean work area. Shift is Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:00am.

Supervise press department operations: assign staff, implement production schedules and SOPs, train and evaluate employees, coordinate maintenance, ensure safety and quality, and communicate with other departments to meet production goals.
