Grants Communications Specialist

Position Summary:

This is a grant-funded, five-year temporary position that will support the Plant City campus in the implementation of its SS-TIP project.

Job Duties:

• The position will facilitate the use of the college’s artificial intelligence chatbot to engage students regarding degree completion and the use of college academic support services.

• The position will support the use of early alert intervention software in Plant City classes with in-person meetings

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED and one-year of prior-related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Good oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft suite software and Ellucian Datatel Colleague knowledge a plus
