Based full-time at CSU Spur in Denver, the Grant Manager and Clinician provides trauma-informed clinical services in English and Spanish, coordinates grant-funded activities and builds community partnerships to expand access to care. This position ensures implementation of the Caring for Denver grant, increases outreach capacity, strengthens referral pathways, and supports long-term sustainability of trauma-informed services in the Denver metro area.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $75,000
Essential Job Duties
- Clinical services (trauma assessment and treatment)
- Grant coordination and reporting
- Community outreach and partnership development
Decision Making
- The position independently makes decisions regarding:
- Clinical assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, and trauma-informed recommendations
- Determining client readiness for services
- Prioritizing outreach and community engagement aligned with grant deliverables
- Tracking grant metrics, coordinating reporting, and maintaining compliance
- Recommending modifications to outreach, training, and engagement strategies
- Collaborates with CTRAC/FRC Directors on clinical quality, sustainability planning, and partner development.
Supervision
- 1–3 master’s and/or bachelor level interns or trainees (as assigned)
Minimum Education
- Master's degree in HDFS, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Working toward professional licensure in Colorado
Minimum Experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care and child/family systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and cultural contexts
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
- Experience providing clinical services to bilingual/immigrant families
- Prior experience conducting trauma assessments
- Training or certification in TF-CBT, MATCH, AF-CBT
- Experience working with grants, data tracking, or reporting
- AAMFT Approved Supervisor or Supervisor Candidate
- Experience in community outreach or systems-level collaboration
