JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Assure education support to drive business growth with achievement of sales, distribution and activities by provide Trade focused product knowledge for HCP and Healthcare Staff in Pharmacy channel through Small group detailing, Pharma event and advocacy program as assigned.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute advocacy program focused on recommendable portfolio to pharmacists and healthcare staff by provide instore small group training, Wholesaler’s customers (unreached retailers) and Chain drug store training both onsite and online.
Coordinate with Associate Product Manager to launch regional symposium for Abbott stand alone and/or partnership with Drugstore association in each region.
Achieve the product/ team targets.
Provide support to the Product Manager_OTC/Trade Marketing Manager in implementation of the product strategies in coordination with Area Manager/Key Account Manager.
Maintain close relationships with key customer and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements.
Assist trade sales representatives by sharing product knowledge and information.
Report market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management in a correct and timely manner.
Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with WHO code, Thai code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Fresh graduate with Degree in Science/Pharmacy or a Medical related field
