Job Description:
Apprenticeship is a 12-month program that will provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending theoretical knowledge with on-the-job training. Over the 12-month period, apprentices at Russell Investments will gain valuable exposure to industry while developing essential soft skills and acclimating to a professional corporate environment.

Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate AI Project Apprentice/Coordinator to support the delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI initiatives across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about technology, AI, and project management. The role will involve working with business stakeholders, technology teams, data teams, and vendors to coordinate project activities, track progress, manage documentation, and support successful delivery of AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating AI and technology projects.
Track project milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies.
Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
Coordinate with business and technology teams to gather requirements.
Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts.
Support testing, deployment, and change management activities.
Assist with vendor coordination and follow-up activities.
Learn and build knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies.
