We are looking for a confident, articulate Graduate Trainee Account Manager to join our Casualty team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration of Casualty risks under delegated facility arrangements, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and processed. You will work closely with Casualty brokers and Facility Insurers, supporting stakeholder engagement, delegated authority audits, compliance activities, and performance reporting.

We will rely on you to:
Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with brokers and designated clients, following up on correspondence.
Support the development of strong account relationships between MPS and Facility Insurers.
Assist with training for Marsh broker colleagues on Casualty facility processes.
Address escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, helping manage expectations and escalating major issues to senior colleagues where appropriate.
Develop an understanding of client businesses by conducting research and providing relevant analysis.
Support the day-to-day management of designated accounts, preparing electronic submissions and facilitating the placement of risks via Marsh’s designated online platform, Whitespace.
Present facility performance analysis to Facility Insurers.
Report to senior colleagues on relationship satisfaction to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Develop a strong understanding of Marsh’s and Facility Insurers’ products, colleagues, and operations to improve the quality of support provided.
Support senior account managers on larger initiatives, complex accounts, and ad hoc requests.
What you need to have:
Degree educated with a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) with a genuine interest in beginning a career in the insurance industry.
