What you will do
 

Our Graduate Programme aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies.  In addition, you will have a chance to develop your business network. 

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and build data models to analyze large datasets, including financial, operational, sales, competitive, and other relevant information

  • Gather data-driven insights, understand our business, new markets and products thru data

  • Contribute to UPM Raflatac’s strategy work in development projects and work with our business leaders as a project team member or project manager

  • Research and evaluate new markets, leading business intelligence projects for gaining market insight

  • Participate in 1-3 international assignments focused on key strategic initiatives

Who you are

  • Master´s degree of Tech. or Econ or equivalent / soon to graduate

  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • You have enthusiasm for learning and applying your skills in a fast-paced environment

  • You have strong interest in analytical problem-solving and have programming skills (e.g Python or R or SQL)

  • Strength in key business tools (Excel, Powerpoint) – experience with Tableau, Power BI considered as a plus

  • Experience in project management and interest to drive initiatives are considered as a plus

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), other languages considered as a plus
