In Year 1, you will spend one year learning a range of roles that will increase your interest and motivation.
In Year 2, you will be given the opportunity to select two elective placements. Doing so will provide you with the opportunity to gain an understanding of the selected placement areas, as you are embedded within the selected functions, while also stretching you out of your comfort zone and immersing yourself in a world of creativity and innovation.
Throughout the program you will be mentored and supported by some of the most talented people in their fields, individuals who are deeply passionate about rolling up their sleeves and working on technologies and innovations that are changing our world.
