Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to win recruitment projects
Source and headhunt candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and internal databases
Write job adverts and manage candidate applications
Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from identifying vacancies to placing candidates
Create engaging content to support your personal brand and attract candidates
Build long-term client and candidate relationships
Attend client meetings both in the UK and internationally (locations include Portugal, Sweden, Denmark and the USA)
