As a Quant Trader:
- Analyse market data to build new trading strategies
- Develop tools that translate data analysis results into useful inputs for trading
- Continuously monitor trades and improve our existing strategies
- Evaluate prospective markets for opportunities
As a Quant Researcher:
- Analyse market data to build new trading strategies
- Develop tools that translate data analysis results into useful inputs for trading

- Improve and refine our data infrastructure and setup

As a Quant Developer:
- Design and implement high-performance trading systems and tools

- Improve infrastructure, latency, and deployment workflows
- Ensure reliable operation in live trading environments
Requirements
- Technical background (Maths, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics, Quant Finance or similar quantitative studies)
- Programming knowledge in Python, MATLAB, R or C++
- Passion for financial markets, in-depth analysis, and modelling
- Ability to understand mathematical theory and translate it into practice
- Understanding of risk and reward patterns

Training Overview: Training runs 6 to 12 weeks in Amsterdam, taking you from theory and quant coursework through simulated trading to a live project, before you move to your assigned office
