Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programmes covering technical, field service, and commercial competencies.

• Support field service activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment under supervision.

• Assist in identifying customer needs and contribute to developing appropriate technical solutions.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support business development and customer engagement initiatives.

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards in all assigned tasks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.

• Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, delivering them within agreed timelines.

• Actively seek feedback and demonstrate continuous improvement in performance and capability.

• Contribute to team objectives while developing individual expertise across multiple domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering qualification specializing in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics or Electrical

• Average GPA of 65% and above
