Your role:
Aptiv’s IT Leadership Development Program (ITLDP) is a rotational program aimed at developing Aptiv’s IT leaders of tomorrow. Participants in the program will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months. The ITLDP provides the participants with a wide breadth of experience into all functions across the IT organization, including but not limited to:
Business Relationship Management
IT Project Delivery
IT Operations
The ITLDP is Fast Track Program at Aptiv, proudly sponsored by Senior IT Executives, designed to cultivate the next generation of exceptional leaders. This program offers an unparalleled Learning & Development experience, including a structured mentorship program for the duration of the program.
Your Background:
Graduates and final year students majoring in Business Information Systems or Enterprise Computing.
Practical experience, such as an internship, in a relevant field.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience.
Interest in becoming a leader.
