What You’ll Be Doing
- Regularly generate business reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, identifying anomalies in a timely manner and conducting in-depth analysis.
- Segment users based on their lifecycle stages and develop targeted conversion strategies for different user groups, ensuring effective implementation.
- Gain a deep understanding of product features and key selling points across different product lines, and implement effective user engagement strategies tailored to various user profiles.
- Conduct periodic research on competitors and industry trends, compile insights, and produce concise reports.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python. Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage AI for efficiency improvement.
- Proficiency in English as a working language and fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong learning ability, high stress tolerance, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment. A strong curiosity and passion for business exploration.
