Graduate Engineer 2027

This requisition is for our campus recruiting efforts. We are seeking individuals with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposals, scopes of work and contract cost estimates and require an understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordination
• Devises alternative approaches and solutions to problems
• Engineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction and delivery phases.
• Building and maintaining relationships between project teams and collaborating to ensure that technical, quality, cost and client requirements are implemented
• Coordinating with outside sub-consultants, as needed
• Preparing a range of reports to communicate project information to team members, clients, and other stakeholders
• Works closely with project team
• The candidate will handle multiple simultaneous projects, within a multi-disciplinary team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Enrolled to earn a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related engineering discipline, with an expected graduation December 2026 - August 2027
• EIT license; or able to receive within 6 months of employment
