Prepare proposals, track finances in project systems (e.g., Ajera), mentor staff, and represent the firm in industry associations while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Support municipal engineering projects across planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction and delivery. Prepare proposals, scopes, cost estimates, reports; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants; manage multiple simultaneous projects and ensure technical, quality, cost, and client requirements. On-site in Houston.

Support project planning, execution, and delivery for municipal infrastructure projects. Assist with proposals, scopes, budgets, design coordination, QA/QC, client communication, and administrative tasks. Coordinate teams and sub-consultants, contribute to technical solutions, mentor junior staff, manage multiple assignments, and participate in professional development.
