Manage day-to-day accounting operations, support month-end/year-end close, prepare reconciliations and financial reports, analyze KPIs and variances, assist budgeting and forecasting, support audits, implement reporting automation, and strengthen internal controls and cross-functional financial processes.

Prepare drainage impact analyses, technical reports, regulatory submittals (CLOMR/LOMR), and construction deliverables; coordinate with clients, agencies, and project teams; manage scope, schedule, and budget; review technical work and mentor junior engineers to support successful project delivery.

Lead and manage hydrology and hydraulics projects from planning through construction, oversee H&H modeling (1D/2D), ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior engineers, manage client relations and business development, and provide technical quality control.

Lead municipal civil infrastructure projects through full lifecycle: manage teams and subcontractors, ensure QA/QC, schedules, budgets, invoicing, and client communication; prepare proposals, oversee project accounting (Ajera), mentor staff, and represent the firm in industry activities.

Support project managers and practice leadership in planning, coordination, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects. Assist with proposals, budgets, design, permitting, construction coordination, QA/QC, client communication, team mentoring, and project administration.

Lead site development projects through the full lifecycle, supervise project teams and subcontractors, manage schedules, QA/QC, budgets and accounting (Ajera), prepare proposals, report progress to leadership, develop staff, and maintain client relationships and industry engagement.

Support municipal engineering projects across planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction and delivery. Prepare proposals, scopes, cost estimates, reports; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants; manage multiple simultaneous projects and ensure technical, quality, cost, and client requirements. On-site in Houston.

Lead municipal civil infrastructure projects from inception through closeout, managing project teams, schedules, QA/QC, budgets, invoicing, and client relationships. Prepare proposals, track finances in project systems (e.g., Ajera), mentor staff, and represent the firm in industry associations while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
