Supports civil and environmental engineering projects under experienced engineers by preparing calculations, drawings, specifications, estimates, schedules, reports, and visual aids. Assists with fieldwork, sampling, remediation operations, site inspections, data collection and analysis, regulatory compliance reviews, contractor submittals, and technical reporting. The role also involves basic CAD review and drafting, project coordination, and communication with project teams.

Campus-level engineering role supporting planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction, and project delivery. Perform and coordinate hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and modeling (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM) for drainage, stormwater, roadway, channel, and floodplain projects. Prepare drainage impact analyses, technical reports, regulatory submittals (CLOMR/LOMR), and construction deliverables; coordinate with clients, agencies, and project teams; manage scope, schedule, and budget; review technical work and mentor junior engineers to support successful project delivery.

Lead municipal civil infrastructure projects through full lifecycle: manage teams and subcontractors, ensure QA/QC, schedules, budgets, invoicing, and client communication; prepare proposals, oversee project accounting (Ajera), mentor staff, and represent the firm in industry activities.
