We are seeking a talented Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Joining AECOM's Graduate Program as a Graduate Electrical Engineer, will provide the opportunity to be an integral part of our team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers exposure to strategic initiatives, as well as involvement in building construction supervision project.

As part of our commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labor law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.

• Support the preparation of electrical design calculations, drawings, load schedules, and comprehensive technical documentation for building services projects
• Assist in developing and optimizing power, lighting, ELV (Extra Low Voltage), and other building systems within multidisciplinary project teams
• Participate in site reviews, inspections, and coordination activities to ensure quality assurance and design compliance with project standards
• Contribute to design studies, equipment selection, and evaluation of engineering solutions during planning and construction phases
• Maintain organized project documentation, track deliverables, and support project workflows under the guidance of senior engineers
• Collaborate effectively with architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and innovative project delivery
• Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to support design development and problem-solving
• Develop foundational expertise in electrical engineering principles, safety requirements, and industry best practices through continuous learning

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University 

2. Candidates must be recent 2025 or 2026 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program. 

3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
