We are seeking a driven and technically skilled AI Data Engineer to join our team, supporting analytics and data-driven decision-making across our engineering organization. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of robust data pipelines, reporting infrastructure, and software solutions that empower engineers and drive innovation.
What you could be doing as a Data Engineer Graduate?
You will help build and operate scalable data analytics platforms that support manufacturing workflows, predictive insights, and data-driven decision-making across engineering teams.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms using Python, PySpark, and cloud technologies such as Databricks and AWS.
  • Develop and optimize datasets and reporting solutions for analytics and visualization, working with diverse data sources including silicon test data logs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to deliver automation, analytics, and software solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Contribute to production-quality codebases, CI/CD workflows, and peer reviews, taking ownership of pipelines and driving continuous improvement in data ingestion and processing.

We are looking for individuals who:
Hold (or are on track to hold) a University degree by the start date. This can be a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Data AI Engineering. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
  • Fundamental understanding of semiconductor device physics and VLSI design.
  • Software development skills with clear, maintainable, and efficient coding practices.
  • Command of SQL for data ingestion, transformation, and optimization.
  • Experience with Python and familiarity with Apache Spark and Databricks.
  • Comfortable working with semi-structured/unstructured data (e.g., Excel, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with semiconductor-specific formats like STDF, ATDF.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform) and DevOps tooling (CI/CD, monitoring).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.

Salary Range:
$133,500-$175,000 per year
