What makes this role exciting?

  • This is a brand-new role for us which will be working within a team who are driving our AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation across the business.
  • You will have the opportunity to support several AI projects, giving you great exposure to AI & the wider business.
  • We are also in the process of conducting hands-on research on emerging products, giving you the chance to be involved in the research & testing of new AI tools.

If this sounds like the kind of role you are looking for and you want an employer that will continuously support your development in the AI space, keep on reading to find out what you will be doing on a day-to-day basis.

A role you will love

As a Graduate AI Analyst, you’ll work side-by-side with the Chief of Staff & AI Transformation Lead, playing a hands-on role in driving how AI is used across the business. You’ll dive straight into real-world AI challenges, helping turn big ideas and complex problems into smart, practical, AI-powered solutions.

You’ll be right at the heart of innovation, supporting exciting projects like the rollout of Microsoft Copilot, tracking adoption and impact, exploring cutting-edge AI releases, and getting hands-on testing new AI tools to see what really delivers value. This is a chance to experiment, learn fast, and help shape the future of AI within the organisation. Some other key responsibilities:

  • Build and test simple models, automations or AI workflows using tools such as Python and generative AI platforms.
  • Prototype and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for business application
  • Support the delivery of AI proof-of-concepts (PoCs) from idea through to outcome
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand problems and identify opportunities where AI can add value
  • Contribute to scaling successful AI experiments into practical business solutions

What will you bring to the role?

This is a hands-on AI role, so you’ll need a solid grounding in AI tools and concepts, paired with a real curiosity to stay ahead of the curve and explore what’s next.

You’ll be working across teams, not in isolation, so strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders will be key.

Other key skills required for the role:

  • A degree (or nearing completion) within Business Information Systems, Technology Management, Digital Innovation, AI or a related area.
  • Working knowledge or skills in programming languages such as Python.
  • Evidence of hands-on AI or data related projects, either within academic environments or personal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to approach various challenges.
  • Communication skills, specifically being able to communicate between technical & non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis, modelling or automation projects.
  • Curiosity and a pro-active learning mindset with a keen interest in emerging AI technologies.

Show us how you use AI

As part of your application, we are keen to see how you have practically used AI. So, if you have something to demonstrate your AI skills – please show us! Submit an example of how you have used AI to solve a problem, create something new, or improve your personal productivity.

This could include:

  • A prompt you designed and how it improved an outcome.
  • A small tool, workflow, or automation (e.g., using Copilot, ChatGPT, Zapier etc.).
  • A piece of content created with AI (e.g., analysis, blog, presentation, code).
  • A real-life use case (study, side project, personal productivity hack).
  • Or if you have time – build something custom and relevant to Computershare as part of your application!

If you’re excited by AI and want to help shape how it’s used in a real business, this role is for you!
