We are currently recruiting for a graduate administrator to join our Manchester office, on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful applicant will be expected to regularly work from the office, with some flexibility on remote working.
THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to kick start a career within employee benefits.
Reporting to the Employee Benefits Client Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to manage and administrate a portfolio of employee benefits clients within agreed procedures and regulations.
The successful candidate must:

be working towards or have completed a business/finance related degree or similar
-
have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
have a high level of proficiency in MS Office applications and Outlook

be able to work well under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
-
have the ability to proofread, correct grammar and format correspondence
You will be working with a team of experienced client relationship managers (CRMs) and assisting our employee benefits consultants in the proactive management of our clients’ flexible employee benefits. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the first step in their career with a well-established company.
Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

putting customer service first, ensuring we are delivering great client outcomes

initially supporting the management of a client bank while working towards the management of your own client bank as a standalone client relationship manager

proactively manage all client affairs in a prompt and efficient manner

ensure clients are attentively listened to, to identify issues or needs
-
maintain a strong working relationship with all employers who you work alongside to become a key contact point
-
communicate clearly and precisely at all levels
-
plan, organise and prioritise workload, to ensure work is dealt within agreed service standards
-
ensure client records are accurate and kept up to date as per the company procedures

attend training session, maintain own training files, and develop relevant knowledge and skills
