In addition to the above you will:
Operate grader machinery to perform tasks such as grading, levelling, and finishing road surfaces
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of the grader
Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met
Ensuring your team adheres to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
Have great people management and open communication skills
Support the training and development of your team

We’re looking for someone with:
Class 4 License
W,T,R (wheels, tracks, and rollers) endorsements
Staff supervision and proven experience as a final level grader operator in the civil construction industry
Experience with communication to and leading others
A background in both earthworks and road construction, including pavement construction
Creating, Connecting and caring for the community
